The 2015 Rise Up Hoops Co-Ed Skills & Strength Basketball Combine was a success!
See you all AUGUST 2017
 3 days of skills training will be paired with sport specific strength and conditioning methods . 

Ages 7 - 9

ROOKIE CLINIC

Times: 

  • Friday August 21st @ 5:00pm - 7:00 pm (2hrs)

  • Saturday August 22nd @ 8am - 10am (2hrs)

  • Sunday August 23rd @ 8am - 10am (2hrs)

  • Dribbling

  • Shooting

  • Defence

  • Kids Strength & Conditioning

NO ALL ACCESS PASS AVAILABLE FOR ROOKIE CLINIC. 

This is the time to enjoy the game and fall in love with the game!

This module is designed for entry level kids looking to develop basic Basketball skills knowledge.

 

Prerequisite: None. 

Ages 10 - 13

SOPHOMORE CLINIC

Times: 

  • Friday August 21st @ 3:00pm - 5pm (2hrs)

  • Saturday August 22nd @ 10am - 12pm (2hrs)

  • Sunday August 23rd @ 10am - 12pm (2hrs)

 

 

Clinic Focus:

  • Ball Handling

  • Shooting

  • Passing

  • Defence

  • Agility

  • Strength & Conditioning for Youth Athletes

  • and more!

 

Registration Bonus: ALL ACCESS PASS

 

  • 3 month Athlete All-Access Pass to Strength & Conditioning Workouts programed by Coach K.

  • First Workout begins the first Monday after  the Rise Up Hoops clinic.

  • (Released Mon, Wed and Fri)

This module is catered for kids with basic Basketball skills knowledge.

 

Prerequisite: Basic Ball handling and shooting.

Ages 14 - 17

JUNIOR CLINIC

Times: 

  • Friday August 21st @ 9:00am - 11:00am (2hrs)

  • Saturday August 22nd @ 2pm - 4pm (2hrs)

  • Sunday August 23rd @ 2pm - 4pm (2hrs)

 

Clinic Focus:

  • Ball Handling

  • Shooting

  • Improving First Step

  • On Ball / Team Defence

  • Run Plays

  • Agility & Footwork

  • Strength & Conditioning for Teens

  • and more!

 

Registration Bonus: ALL ACCESS PASS:

This module will develop Teens for higher level competition and prepare them for their up and coming Basketball Season.

 

Prerequisites: Some Competition / Team Basketball experience needed. 

Preferably 2 years experience.

 

Ages 18+

SENIOR CLINIC

Times: 

  • Friday August 21st @ 9am - 11am (2hrs)

  • Saturday August 22nd @ 2pm - 4pm (2hrs)

  • Sunday August 23rd @ 2pm - 4pm (2hrs)

 

Clinic Focus:

  • Developing Situational IQ

  • College / University Prep

  • Shooting

  • On Ball / Team Defence & Offence

  • Run Plays

  • Agility & Footwork

  • Strength & Conditioning

We invite athletes 18+ with various years of basketball development to learn what it takes to play at a elite level. 

 

Learn the keys for smart, strong basketball and how to be a standout.

 

 

Prerequisites: High School or College Level Basketball.
