RISE LEAGUE
Fall, Winter, spring & summer Program
A competitive program designed to elevate the skill level of athletes through structured training and competition.
Key Features:
Divisions: A and B divisions to cater to different skill levels.
Training: 2-3 training sessions per week focusing on skill development and game strategies.
Games: 1-2 games per week to apply skills in a competitive environment. Travel Tournaments: Participation in fall travel tournaments and local leagues for selected athletes (travel costs not included in the registration fee).
Additional Access for Full-Year Members: Full-year members will have access to facility classes such as Strength class, Yoga class, Film Room assessments, and Skills classes at no extra charge.

PRIMARY SEASON
Spring/Summer Program
The primary season for club basketball where official teams are formed for league and tournament play.
Key Features:
Team Placement: Athletes are placed on teams based on age, skill level, and coaches' evaluations during scheduled tryouts.
Practices: Minimum of 3-4 training sessions per week during the spring season to ensure consistent development.
Travel Teams: Players selected for travel teams are expected to be available for tournaments throughout the spring season (travel costs not included in the registration fee). Players and their families must also sign a contract committing to the travel schedule and team obligations.
Leagues and Tournaments: Participation in both local and out-of-town leagues and tournaments. Games: 1-2 games per week.

Balanced Approach: Integrating training, skill development, and competitive play to ensure holistic growth of each athlete.

JR. RISE
FUNDAMENTALS Program
Fundamental programs to immerse young athletes into the exciting world of basketball.
Key Features:
Program overview: This program is designed to introduce young athletes to the basic skills of basketball, focusing on foundational techniques like dribbling, shooting, passing, and defense. Through fun and engaging drills, players will develop coordination, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Practices: 2 training sessions per week.
