Cancellation & Refund
Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Players registering for any and all Rise programs have up to 1 week* before the program start date to withdraw and receive a full refund. Withdrawals must be submitted via email before the program start date.
Once the program start date has passed, no refunds will be issued.
*Excludes Full Year Membership
Medical Exceptions
Refunds requested due to unexpected and/or long-term medical problems (e.g., broken leg, illness, moving out of the province) will be considered. An official form or doctor’s letter must be submitted.
Full-Year Membership
No cancellations will be accepted or processed at any point after registration. The initial sign-up fee is non-refundable. Please refer to the Full-Year Member contract for full details on membership entry and cancellation policy. This can be found on your Glofox account.
Program Merchandise/Apparel
Refunds requested after program merchandise/apparel has been ordered for a player will result in a partial refund, even if the request is submitted within the cancellation guideline window listed above. No exceptions.
Players who opt out before the program start date will not receive Rise gear, regardless of fees rendered.
Financial Assistance and Grants

All accredited grants accepted (Kidsport, Jumpstart, etc.)
It is understood that it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to inform Rise via email prior to registration if funds are required ahead of time to complete registration. Upon approval, Rise will make all necessary arrangements to have the fees and funds applied to the account.
The parent/guardian understands that any and all financial assistance or grants awarded or issued outside of Rise will be added in the form of a credit on the players account. There will not be refunds issued in a monetary amount. Should you register before Rise receives funds, credits will be applied to your account.
