Established in 2015, Rise Basketball has become a top player amongst Calgary's athlete development clubs by becoming the first to offer professional strength and conditioning for athletic performance to all registered members from inception.
Dedicated to developing and cultivating the game of basketball in beginner and advanced athletes, Rise provides a platform where male and female players receive expert sport specific coaching on the court and in the weight room by a certified sport performance and movement specialist.
The club is committed to remaining innovative and up to date on industry training techniques specific to the game of basketball while maintaining an emphasis on improving athletic strength, speed, power, agility, mobility, and endurance which are all fundamental to stand out basketball athletes looking to compete at the highest level.
